On June 26, the founding meeting of the International Organization for Standardization Foundry Machinery Technical Committee (ISO/TC306) and the first high-end forum for international standardization of foundry equipment were held in Jinan, Shandong. Our company is also one of the supporting units of this conference. It is reported that ISO/TC306 was constructed by Jinan Foundry and Metalforming Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. The scope of the revision of the standard includes sand processing, molding equipment, core making equipment, metal mold equipment (die casting machine, low pressure casting machine, centrifugal casting machine, gravity casting machine). ), the terms, classification, specifications, test methods and quality requirements of castings cleaning and polishing equipment, etc.

In the afternoon, the meeting was presided over by Professor Xiong Shoumei of Tsinghua University. The National Standardization Management Committee led the "International Standardization Development and Technical Working Procedures" technical report. Director Tan Xiangning of China Machinery Industry Federation analyzed the "China Machinery Industry Standard Status and Development Strategy" Afterwards, well-known domestic foundry companies also exchanged experiences in international production capacity cooperation, enterprise transformation and upgrading, and standards boosting international cooperation and development. At the meeting, the International Standardization Outstanding Contribution Award was awarded to express the recognition of the long-term commitment to standardization work and the recognition of their outstanding contributions. The establishment of the Foundry Machinery Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/TC306) can transform my country’s advanced technology in the field of manufacturing machinery into international standards in a timely manner, becoming the rule of the international market and the direction of technological development, and greatly enhancing the international influence of "Made in China" And market competitiveness. At the same time, it can closely track and intervene in the formulation and revision of international standards in advance, grasp the latest developments and technological development trends of the international foundry industry, and better provide accurate services for the implementation of the Made in China 2025 action plan.
